Queensland Pilates Studio & Online
One month. Invisible to impossible to miss.
A wellness brand came to us weeks out from the launch of their biggest sale of the year - posting consistently, landing nowhere. We rebuilt the strategy around the launch date, not around guesswork. Thirty days later, reach was up 4.2x and over a quarter of their audience was brand new.

The Brief
A growing brand with a great following, weeks from launch, but almost invisible online - with engagement from the same couple of people over and over again. Content was going out. But it wasn’t landing with a new audience.
What We Did
A strategy-first reset: a monthly content plan built around the launch date rather than guesswork, one clear creative direction, and consistent, intentional posting engineered to reach new people. We ran it end-to-end - direction, creation, editing, optimization - with every post working to put the brand in front of people who hadn’t found it yet.
“Laura is a great asset to have on your socials team, she is creative & she is resourceful. We loved working with her & adding her ideas to our creative execution helped implement more structure and a clearer overall brand vision.”Planning a launch? Let’s talk →
Nala Social Studio Founder
2,000 to 25,000 followers in nine months. Zero ads, zero giveaways.
Our own founder’s personal brand sat on the back burner for years while she scaled everyone else’s. In July 2025, she turned the same strategy framework we run for clients on her own account and grew from 2,866 to over 25,000 engaged followers in nine months.
2,866 → 25,389
68 → 215
27 → 124
Zero paid growth
The Brief
We run a social media agency, and for a long time our founder’s own account was the last thing on the list. Client work always came first, and her own presence sat stagnant while she scaled everyone else’s. That changed in July 2025. Starting point: 2,866 followers, an inconsistent posting history, and no clear content identity.
What We Did
No paid growth. No giveaways. Five deliberate shifts, applied with the same rigor we bring to every client account, broken down below.
01
Pillars, not trends
Stopped posting randomly and built content around three pillars that were genuinely, authentically her: health & wellness, fitness, and life between Bali and Australia. Content pulled from real life instead of chasing trends, so she never ran out of things to say.
02
Raw, with intention
Moved beyond the highlight reel to show the fitness grind, the early mornings, the real unpolished days. Raw content builds trust faster than anything overly produced. But restraint mattered just as much: not everything got shared.
03
Education meets lifestyle
Educational content earns saves; lifestyle content earns connection. One builds credibility, the other builds humanity. Together, they build the trust that turns followers into clients.
04
Consistent, even on hard days
Quality over quantity, always, but quality still has to show up on schedule: replying to comments, asking questions, staying present, and posting when motivation was low. Output scaled accordingly, from 27 Reels in January to 124 in September as the system compounded.
05
Trial Reels for cold audiences
Trial Reels test content with people who don’t already follow you, before it ever touches the main feed. Only the winners get pushed to existing followers, a way to grow beyond the current audience without gambling engagement rate on every post.
The real unlock was a mindset shift: treating a personal account with the same strategy, intention, and standards as any client account.
“I started treating my own account the way I treat my clients’, with strategy, with intention, with standards. If you wouldn’t post it for a client, why are you posting it for yourself?”Want this kind of growth? Let’s talk →
Activewear Brand
Six months. From pretty feed to paying customers.
An activewear brand founder came to us seven months ago with a feed that looked great and a posting habit to match - but almost no customers coming through Instagram, just family, friends and market stall regulars. We didn’t touch her aesthetic, her voice or her posting frequency. We changed what her content was built to do. Six months later: 6,000+ aligned new followers, a community that shows up for every launch, and a 112.5% jump in link clicks from organic social.
Not just there for the feed
From organic social
Same content, sharper strategy
The Brief
Beautiful feed, consistent posting, and almost no customers coming through Instagram - just family, friends and market stall regulars. Her content was optimised for followers, not buyers. That gap was costing her every month.
What We Did
We didn’t post more. We didn’t change her aesthetic. We didn’t change her voice. We rebuilt the strategy behind every post so her content had a job to do beyond looking good: turning followers into buyers.
If your Instagram looks good but isn’t converting, the strategy is the problem. Not you. Not your niche. Not the algorithm.

0% to a 47% close rate in 90 days.
Gabby had everything that should have been working: a strong brand, a great service, and a following that genuinely loved her. But she kept attracting the wrong people - enquiries that went nowhere, clients who pushed back on price, discovery calls that felt like convincing. Her content was positioning her as an expert. It wasn’t positioning her as the solution to a premium problem. We shifted her content from education-led only to a mix of founder-led, outcome-led and education-led. In 90 days: multiple discovery calls a week and a 47% close rate.

Multiple, every week
From stalled feed to sales
The Brief
A nutritionist with a strong brand and a loyal following, but enquiries that went nowhere: clients who pushed back on price, discovery calls that felt like convincing. Her content positioned her as an expert - not as the solution to a premium problem.
What We Did
We moved her off education-led content alone and into a mix of founder-led, outcome-led and education-led posts, built to attract clients who’d already decided rather than clients still evaluating.
There’s a difference between clients who ask “what’s your rate?” and clients who ask “when can we start?” One is evaluating. The other has already decided.
Ready to convert your audience? Let’s talk →Concept Campaign - Sol Suncare Launch
We invented a brand to prove a playbook. The results were real.
Sol isn’t a real brand. We invented it to show exactly how we’d launch a beauty product in suncare - a category built on fear, burn, damage and clinical claims that shoppers have learned to tune out. We built the launch as a world, not a post: a teaser, a texture-led reveal, and a full sun-glow ritual sold head to lips instead of a single product. The concept is ours. The playbook isn’t theoretical - we ran it for a real beauty brand under NDA: 115K accounts reached, 20K+ views, and 79% of that reach from people who’d never followed the brand before.
+30.4%, one launch beat
From a concept campaign
Brand new audience
The Brief
SPF is a category built on fear - burn, damage, “you should.” Every brand sounds the same, and shoppers tune it out. The brief we set ourselves: launch an SPF lip oil so it feels like a beauty drop, not a sunscreen, with no fear tactics and no clinical claims on the main feed.
What We Did
We sold the gloss, not the sunscreen, and let protection ride along. Three moves: lead with texture, not claims; tease before we reveal; sell the ritual, not a single product. By the time the product “dropped,” the feed had already made you want it - then we ran the same playbook for a real brand.
Concept creative is ours. Results are real, from a brand under NDA.
